New Commission – Bromyard Housing

Proposals for a new residential scheme in Bromyard, have been submitted to Herefordshire Council. The scheme is to replace a group of industrial buildings along Rowberry Street. The design responds to the unique character of the street, which is dominated by coach houses, workshops and alleyways. Our scheme, incorporating 7 new dwellings within a mixed group of buildings, with a focus on providing high quality street fronting facades that provide privacy and amenity to its occupants.

Agricultural Building – Case studies

We have been working on and developing ideas for several Prior Notification Consent projects focusing on agricultural buildings. Typically based around an existing portal frame structure, the schemes have potential to produce unusual, generous spaces in a cost effective way. We have a 100% success rate at gaining planning approval with this type of project.

Jonathan Hines, Chairman of the Judging Panel commented:

‘The jury was impressed by the overall standard of quality of the buildings submitted this year. The range of buildings, from residential projects to a major infrastructure scheme, was quite striking and made our job a challenging one.
