111 Edmund Street,
Birmingham

The former Ear and Throat Hospital in Birmingham was converted and extended in 2001 to form 44,000 square feet of office accommodation.

The development included the retention of the listed Victorian facades which were in need of major structural and cosmetic repair and improvement. In order to provide the floor area required, six new levels were constructed that provide modern facilities including circulation cores, raised floors, air-conditioning systems as well as spectacular views over the city from new glazed facades.
