FALCONREST

Falcon Rest is an exclusive development of 8, large 2 bedroom apartments, positioned within the Great Malvern Conservation Area.

Formally the site was occupied by a single dwelling with expansive gardens. This was replaced in 2018 with this new proposal, that address the market requirements of the location.

The simple plan form of 2 apartments per floor, with generous central stairwell, deals with the storey height change in level by positioning 2 lower ground floor units with access to a simple and useable private garden area.

The development is characterised by full height glazed openings offering stunning views to the Malvern Hills to the West and the Severn Valley to the East. The apartment layouts being all double aspect, allow both orientations to be enjoyed but the occupants.

The project was completed by local developer Guthrie Roberts as one of a series of award winning schemes produced over the last 15 years.
