This project involved the development of a substantial private residence on the prestigious Battledown Estate in Cheltenham, occupying an elevated position with panoramic views across the town and towards the Malvern Hills.

The house provides accommodation across four floors, arranged to support contemporary family living. Seven bedrooms are complemented by a range of formal and informal living spaces, allowing the home to balance family life with areas for entertaining and retreat.

Particular attention was given to the material palette and the quality of detailing throughout the building. Carefully considered junctions and transitions between materials create a refined architectural language, ensuring that the exterior composition is both coherent and elegantly resolved.
