Springbank is a late Georgian, grade 2 listed apartment block within the centre of Great Malvern.

Our brief was to transform one of the units from a tired and unappealing flat into a modern, characterful apartment benefitting from dramatic views over the Severn plain.

Our solution was to bring back the original features of sash windows and decorative joinery into the spaces as well as introducing modern features and finishes such as the bespoke kitchen and shower rooms.

Careful consideration was given to the blend of original and new elements resulting in a characterful but contemporary feel to the apartment.
