Tredennyke House, Worcester
Originally a Victorian preparatory school for boys, Tredennyke House is located in the Barbourne Conservation Area.
The first phase of the scheme was for ten, one bedroom units that cater for Worcester’s first time buyer market. The design is based upon the scale and materials of the many coach houses and outbuildings in the area, without detracting from the principal house and celebrates the richness of the area’s courtyards, materials and views.
Phase Two of the development included the complete refurbishment and alteration of Tredennyke House to form ten, one and two bedroom apartments which respect the original period detailing of the House whilst providing modern, contemporary living accommodation.
