Proposals for a new hospitality and restaurant facility have been submitted to Herefordshire Council for Planning.

The scheme follows an Invited Ideas Competition. Concepts were sought to extend and adapt the current Green Cow Kitchens Fine Dining experience, set within the spectacular Whitbourne Estate in Herefordshire.
